Ladder Association supports HSE’s Helping Great Britain Work Well strategy

The Ladder Association is delighted to pledge its support to the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) Help Great Britain Work Well strategy.

The strategy sets out priority themes to focus on over the next five years in a bid to improve even further upon the UK’s reputable health and safety record.

“We wholeheartedly support the strategy,” said Marketing and Communications Officer, Gary Chudleigh. “We will be lending our support by continuing to raise awareness on best practice and safe use of ladders.”

Ladder Association staff and members got involved by posing for a some photos after a talk from policy lead on working at height and HM Inspector of Health and Safety from the Safety Unit at HSE, Andy McGrory. He was delivering a presentation on changes to ladder standard EN131 at the Association’s 2016 Annual Members’ Meeting.
